We can take care of all the basic bookkeeping transactions. From setting up your business in Quickbooks, to creating a clear and simple chart of accounts, we can help you gather up the information you will need to start your record keeping.
Accounts Receivable & Payable
Simply Coastal Bookkeeping can take care of your suppliers and your customers. We will generate and send customer invoices, as well as follow up on outstanding payments or collect from accounts in arrears. We also input all your suppliers, post bills, and issue payments to vendors.
Reconciliation
Balance is important in life, but vital in accounting. Simply Coastal will make sure your bank accounts, credit cards, and loan accounts are reconciled each month - matching QuickBooks entries to statements. This helps to detect any mistakes and is a must for the financial health of your business.
Financial Statements
We offer monthly and year-end issuance of financial statements including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Aged Report for Accounts Receivable and Aged Report for Accounts Payable. With this information, you'll be able to see how your business is growing, or where you might need to make adjustments to improve cash flow.
